ACCOMMODATION TARIFF

Check-in is available from 2pm. Reception is closed between midnight and 7.30am (8.30am Sunday). The hotel cannot accept check-ins after midnight. Please let reception know if you expect to arrive after 6pm.

Cancellations need to be confirmed by 4pm on the day of arrival to avoid charges. Rooms will be charged if not vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Deposits are not required for short stays. Credit card details are taken to secure bookings. If you do not have a credit/debit card or for longer stays a first night deposit may be requested when booking.

Direct company billing/company accounts can be arranged prior to your visit, subject to conditions.

Prices and terms agreed at the time of booking and/or check-in are non-negotiable thereafter.

Details for groups, functions, stockrooms and meeting rooms are available upon request.

All bedrooms are en-suite with satellite TV (including Sky 1 and Sky Sports 1), tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and data-port direct dial telephones.

The hotel has a BT Open Zone Hotspot in the bar/lounge area and rose room for access to wireless broadband.

Ironing boards and irons are available upon request.

The sauna and spa-bath are available between 4.00pm and 10pm daily. It is free of charge for the sole use of our guests. The facility is subject to occasional maintenance closures (check with reception for details). Children under the age of 16 must be supervised.

The hotel is non-smoking.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7.30am and 9.00am Monday to Saturday (8.30am - 9.30am Sunday).

Child rates quoted for children sharing with their parents includes breakfast for all family members.

Dinner is served 7.00pm - 8.00pm nightly and you are welcome to bring guests into the restaurant to join you Monday - Saturday (not Sunday). Please book your requirements and check restaurant availability with reception.
